Today was BYU. I started out with a solid warm up of 17 ish minutes. At the beginning of the race I started out well and didn't have to run through a lot of guys. I wanted to stay with Justin and then I sled up a bit and tried to stay with a Lehi guy. In the last 400 I was so dead tired and I fell away from the lehi guy and Justin almost got me at the line. Anyway I got a dope t shirt from the race so ya. 3 mile cool down.

You're almost as dedicated to the blog as you are at running.
