| | First post in quite a while, NXR has inspired me. Anyway, today we were supposed to get 8 miles in at a recovery or easy pace. We decided to do Mountain Run, which as usual is a solid 6:20 average pace, but it didn't feel 6:20 so who cares. Justin went home at 6 miles because of his knee, then me and Zack were going pretty fast. After that, I was supposed to ice but it was colder than Galen's risk strategy, so I went home. Shortly after my arrival my dad asked me if I wanted to lift weights, so we went downstairs and I started reppin 100 lbs and my arms hurt, then I went to the leg excersises, which hurt very much. Anyways I think it is safe to say tommorows workout is going to feel quite swell.

| | Distance wasn't the longest, but it was a workout. 800, 600, 400 2 times. Fairly quick, mostly me and Seth stayed together, while Jamison was a little bit ahead. Cooled down and took an ice bath. Solid day.

| | Pretty slow paced run at about 7:45 pace. Ryan told us to take it easy in prep for our 400 workout tommorow. Glad to see Jacob Warner after a while of him at college.

| | Today was a pretty solid run. I got up at 7:20 and felt pretty tired for some reason, but I realized if I didn't run now I wouldn't do it later. Anyways a solid 12 x 400 meters. Almost all of them were at about 68 except for 2 over 70 which was quite weird. It was cold but we got through it.

| | Today we ran from legacy around suncrest and back to the park. It was chilly outside, but I was dressed for success. Overall a solid run.

| | Today it snowed most of the night and I didn't really get up because i was a girl scout. But later at like sunset time, I ran and did 2 miles easy pace, then a 5:35 mile, then a mile easy, then a 5:15 mile, .5 mile easy, then a 67 400 meter, .25 easy then, a 74 400(...through a snowy grass field...). Anyways very solid and then I just ran back to the house for however long that was.

| | Pretty Ok run up on Bonneville. It was lightly blanketed in snow, but just enough as to be a good time. My stomach felt a little weird but it got better toward the end. THEN, we took our team pics for nike nationals!!!!! Good times as we were all dressed up in turtlenecks, so we had a considerable amount of class.
