Well we did 8 miles to warm up for the crab invite, for those of you who don't know, basically it's an extremely competitive 100 meter crab walk. Well as the race started, I exploded outwards in a fit of rage, and then I kept up pace, then my arms started giving out, then I finished in 48 seconds, only 6 seconds of the world record, a near photo finish in the crab-racing community. No cool down afterwards. Shoutout to  Zack for getting 2nd place and being one of 4 finishers in the men's division.
