I want to be most excellent. 

 Sub 4:15 mile

 Sub 9:20 2 mile

Break school record in 800 and 1600 and 3200

Top 10 for state xc junior year

Top 5 for state xc senior year  

Have slightly longer hair, and very high quality split shorts.

Good run with the team today up corner canyon. 8.5 very hill filled tough miles.  Wanted to get the mileage up and keep my legs stretched so i did 2.5 by myself at 7pm. Overall a good day.

In the morning I did 9 miles with the team, it felt pretty decent. We ran the girls tempo with them. And somehow they found out about the LPN4. Anyways that was slightly awkward. Then I did 3.5 miles by myself at around 8:30. Pretty good time overall. Felt pretty fresh.

10.5 mile run with tempo mile splits of 6:00, 5:50, 5:40. Pretty quick and my stomach hurts bit. Then I did a 2.6 mile run at around 9, just cause. I went for the segment record on Strava but took a wrong turn and buckled. Still got 4th though. Good day pretty much, I've just been trying to eat better and sleep more so ya.

Yes I know this is my first post in months, yet I figured I'd do It anyway. Today we meandered our way around on a half mile loop because coach said we needed to do a half mile to decide on what run we should do. I think we should have just prayed about it. Either way we ran up middle spring in lambert. I had a lot of cake because it was my moms bday yesterday, so it was a little rough. Anyway I finished the run with Justin, Will, and I all pushing the pace back to the park. Then I did and and push-ups. An excellent time for sure. I did a few cool down miles in the afternoon just to make sure my legs weren't to stiff in the morning for the tempo.
